B2G Victory is a Texas-based consulting firm that specializes in helping small businesses secure state and Federal contracts. With over $9 billion in awarded value, and a win rate of 91.5%, B2G are pros at what they do.
Throughout their years of experience working with clients, they found that so many business owners were mystified by the often confusing and convoluted process of securing government contracts, and wanted to create a centralized resource for all things gov con.
B2G asked X Factor to create a robust, custom membership web portal to serve as a sort of “wikipedia and Youtube for gov con”. The B2G Victory Portal features a host of resources for clients educated themselves on the nuances of winning contracts, including a glossary, FAQs, a video library, a massive list of government agencies and the contact information for their purchasing departments, eCommerce products and custom services, a membership directory so Portal members can connect with one another, and much more!
Portal Design
B2G wanted to develop a powerful web platform that served a high volume of different kinds of content, all within a user-friendly manner. This involved a thorough pre-production process during which we met with all major stakeholders to gain a greater understanding of their needs and expectations for the new site. The result is a thoughtfully planed and robustly constructed membership portal for members to enjoy and learn from!

The free Victory Pass membership grants access to many of B2G’s videos on how to write effective capability statements, how to develop winning proposals, and so much more. Agency Listings
There are so many government entities, chambers of commerce, certifying agencies, and more to know about when applying for government contracts, but their contact information can be very hard to find. The Victory Portal features a comprehensive list of many different kinds of agencies and entities for your business to collaborate with, all in one centralized location. The portal’s agencies database can be easily sorted by region, category, certification, and much more, saving you hours of research time. You can even email, call, or visit the website or social media pages of a specific agency, right through the Portal!
Events Calendar
The event calendar features in-person and virtual events hosted by B2G, as well as B2G’s partners and government agencies from all around the country. Some are exclusive, others are public. And all offer valuable information about how to succeed in the world of gov con.
Glossary & FAQs
The Victory Portal features a centralized glossary of terms and acronyms used by local, state and federal government agencies that Portal members can reference on their journey though government contracting. On top of that, the Frequently Asked Questions section of the portal can help answer all of your need-to-know questions about agencies and gov con practices.
Membership Tiers
B2g wanted the portal to feature multiple membership tiers, each of which unlocks additional content for users. Using the WooCommerce platform, the B2G Portal offers a free and paid tier, which can be subscribed to at a month-to-month, or discounted annual rate.
